This little chickadee first appeared in my blog a week or so ago as a soft pastel painting. I decided to do it again in oil to show the difference. So, if you scroll down a ways, you will see the other. Soft pastels must be framed under glass and oil paintings do not unless they are on paper. I may do this little chickadee in acrylic just for fun and as sort of an experiment. I had an awesome weekend. I have had a dream of moving closer to the oceanfront so I indulged my dream and actually went to look at some places to live and walked around different areas. Not sure how long it will take to get things together but I am feeling closer to making it happen! I spent the day purging more stuff and finding things to sell on Craigslist.
