"The Jubilee Carousel," a 5-1/2 x 15 painting of carousel horses. This one is done in Golden Open Acrylics on an Ampersand Gessobord. It's available for $499 to the first one asking nicely - inquiries may come to me. At the Jubilee this last summer, I was SUPPOSED to be watching my daughter on stage, dancing. Which I did, so don't go getting all judgemental on me. But I also watched the carousel, which sat in my peripheral vision. And in between dance numbers, I wove a fabulous story about the ponies being undercover agents exposing a conspiracy involving genetically engineered carrots. And then the dancing was over and we had slurpees. Blue ones as I recall. But meanwhile, be grateful for those pony spies. Nothing gets past them. Thanks, as always, for looking at and sharing my paintings with your friends and family, Kim COMING UP ~~ PAINTING WORKSHOP "Mixing Color Not Mud": Saturday, October 8th, at the Orion Art Center in Lake Orion MICHIGAN.
