Titania in the Pinks Watercolor Painting
9 x 12 inches on Arches 140 pound paper
Of course, Titania is the queen of the fairies (Midsummer's Night Dream, by William Shakespeare).
This was from a photo reference from Wet Canvas. The host of the weekly drawing event for this weekend was "Scattykat" from France. I am getting ready for Festival Fete this Saturday, June 11th from 10 - 5 pm if you are in the area, so lots of busy work. I would rather be painting!!
The fairy poet takes a sheet
Of moonbeam, silver white;
His ink is dew from daisies sweet,
His pen a point of light.
