Oil on 7x5 hardboard. This is my contribution to this week's WDE at Wet Canvas. The hostess was Li, and she provided great photos to work from.
I have been checking out the methods of one of my favorite artists this week. Her name is Carolyn Anderson. Take a look at her great Russian Impressionist style. This beautiful child fit right in with her type of subject matter....so I decided to try it with her technique.
It was educational and I really enjoyed the experience.

Hebrews 11:3 Because of our faith, we know that the world was made at God's command. We also know that what can be seen was made out of what cannot be seen.
